VIP Service to Arrival & Departure

Bali Airport has resumed its service known as Premium Airport Service. Since we partner with Airport Bali Authority, company which provides invaluable an Airport VIP services, Bali to VIPs, families, and corporate customers.

The Flow of Airport Service at Domestic Arrival:
With paging provided, we welcome the guest from the moment disembark from the aircraft (at Domestic Arrival Hall)
- Our representative will take care of your luggage.
- After your luggage completed, our representative will hand over you to you driver smoothly in Pick Up Zone meet the driver
*Please note that Security checking and regulation is beyond our control.

The Flow of Airport Service at Domestic Departure:
- Meet the guests at entrance of departure hall
- Escort and assists the guests to check in counter
- Escort the guests through the security points at entrance
- Escort and assist the guests to boarding gate

The Flow of Arrival International Meet and Greet

- Our representatives (who will be your personal assistant) are on standby at skybridge and Arrival Hall with paging boards with your name mentioned on it.
- If you want to go directly to the Visa on Arrival immigration counter, our representative is able to escort you to normal line which is dedicated for guests, kindly for your information that Visa on arrival and immigration could be used for normal track in the airport only, however, if you have got E visa in advance, you do not need to waiting for. If you have E VOA OR E-VISA you could use auto gate Immigration
Please note: you have to get through your passport clearance by yourself. Guest goes through Immigration processes on their own only scan barcode on Gate
- After you went through passport clearance, please give all of your luggage tags to our representatives in order they will be able to carry your luggage from conveyor
- After all of your luggage have been collected by our representative, he will escort you to the customs check where you have to be responsible with your own luggage. Please note: custom inspection/ immigration check / Security check and regulation are beyond our control.
- After you went through customs check, our staff will handover you to your driver or taxi counter to the pickup area of the airport. Our representative is able to assist you to find a transport, until you leave the airport.

The Flow of Airport VIP Service at International Departure:

- Our representatives will be waiting and on standby for you at Drop Zone of International Departure, 30 minutes before your scheduled time arrival at airport. They bring paging boards with your name mentioned on it and will assist to carry your luggage.
If you have not arrived within 30 minutes before your schedule time arrival at airport, our representative will try to contact you or your driver (if you let us know the phone number when you booked our service).
Please note: if you know that you are going to arrive early or late, please contact our representative.

- After our representative met you, he will escort you to the Security Check I counter (x-ray) to Check-In counter, to Security Check II.
Please note:
a. According to International Airlines Regulation, you have to get through Check-in process by yourself
b. You have to arrive at International Departure and check-in minimum 2 hours before departure/ boarding time. After our representative met you, he will escort you to the Security Check I counter (x- ray) to Check-In counter, to Security Check II.

- If you want to go directly to the immigration counter, our representative is able to escort you to normal line which is dedicated for guests, kindly for your information that Visa on arrival and immigration could be used for normal track in the airport only, however, if you have got E visa in advance, you do not need to waiting for. If you have E VOA OR E-VISA you could use auto gate Immigration
