HOW TO MAKE AN INSTANT BOOKING :
i). Hotels Booking :
- Choose your preferable hotel with their room availability.
- Click the required date(s) by checking the boxes. Stay more than one night should be in continuous dates
- The total charge of room charge and required deposit will be automatically displayed.
- The required deposit may vary for each hotel or villas
- Complete your personal information with a valid email address and phone number to contact
- Then, you will be redirected to a secure page to proceed the payment with credit card
- After a successful payment you will receive emails for payment notification and hotel booking confirmation.
- The hotel booking confirmation should be handed to the hotel on your arrival.
- Unless full payment, hotel will collect the balance of payment as shown on the confirmation
- Any downgrading or upgrading of services should be settled directly to the hotel.
- Please contact us or fill the Inquiry form if you find no availability on your requested dates
ii). Tours or Other Activities Booking :
- Choose your preferable services available on the list of each activity.
- Enter the total of persons who would like to join the activities.
- The total charge and required deposit will be automatically displayed.
- The required deposit may vary for each tour or activity
- Complete your personal information with a valid email address and phone number to reach you
- Then, you will be redirected to a secure page to proceed the payment with PayPal or credit card
- After a successful payment you will automatically receive an email for payment notification and a booking confirmation.
- For the booking less than 24 hours, it is advisable to contact us either by phone, WhatsApp or Live chat for the availability
- The pick up and/or drop services may not be available for last minutes bookings
- If the booked service is not available on your arrival, we will be obliged to offer the option at similar grade, at least.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
- To change your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible for our follow up
- Your paid deposit will be treated according to the vendors' cancellation policy
